Women and men with erectile dysfunction see multiple improvements on vegan diet

30 million men in USA have erectile dysfunction. This isn’t necessarily an age related issue because 1 in 4 new cases are under age 40.
Men who ate a plant based meal before going to sleep had about 10% larger erections, and for about 300% longer period of time — Dr. Aaron Spitz, American Urological Association. [The Game Changers]. Men on vegan diets also show higher levels of testosterone [British Journal of Cancer]. Dairy milk raises blood levels of estrogen in both sexes. A 25% spike in estrogen after drinking milk, and an 18% reduction in testosterone [AACR].
The penile artery is much narrower than the coronary heart artery. A small blockage there causes a much more pronounced effect. Penile dysfunction is often caused by blocked arteries, which an oil-free vegan diet has shown to cure. Women also suffer from erectile dysfunction, but it is largely undiagnosed because it is mostly invisible and due to lack of medical attention to it.

The lack of blood flow due to fatty deposits to the already small clitoral artery (compared to a penis) effects the dilation and lubrication. This is why female erectile dysfunction is also an early marker of cardiovascular disease. See more in video.
The connection of arterial buildup and negative female sexual health was also confirmed in a (cruel) test on female rabbits who were fed cholesterol while their clitoris was examined for dilation.
